Guys, im new to the evo scene, just put a deposit on a evo 8 mr, i noticed that on both rear pillars there seems to be a join. is this because its had a separate roof welded on or is it due to the aluminium roof on the MR's?????

Help is appreciated, cheers!

can you see a physical weld join? or you mean it's sleeved into it?

doesnt look like a weld, but im no expert. is it normal for them to have some sort of slightly visible join?
