LOL had to get ikeya's bro.

I inspected the box. I don't know exactly what happened with the gearbox but the main shaft looked a bit mangled and selectors were in pieces. So I've obviously turfed it. RB box is in and got a new extreme HD clutch to go with just because my exedy one had f**k all meat left on it. Better off doing it now.

Just a couple of pictures to throw up. No real update. Just took the car to the Gripshiftslide Summerdays and Enginebays meet last week. Good day to put some k's on the engine.

Just a small update with some added pics.

Not much has gone on really. I've driven the car up to the point where i have run the motor in now.
The last part i was waiting on from japan has arrived.

Ikeya Formula Quad throttle chamber intake manifold. (i will throw up pics of it once it's installed)
Attached Image: 20140617_153111.jpg

I also attended a car meet recently and thankful to all the photographers that attended and took some great pictures.

All that is left over now is throwing some ID1000 injectors in and getting the car finally tuned :)

Will be interesting to see the results of the quad setup. It should be much more peaky with no runner length but I've heard reports they are still ok down lower.

It was just an old 5zigen cat back my mechanic had laying around the shop. I wanted something a bit quieter then the straight pipes for street.

Just threw some brasso on it and it came up new.

Those enkeis look pretty gud, although i still prefer the te37s. Quad throttle setup should be interesting.

2 years later cunts!!

Long story short... i got fucked around by my previous mechanic. Won't bother naming names as he's no longer in business because he's a fucking drop kick cunt. Car never got worked on so i pulled the car out and took it to a old friend of mine who's working wonders with the car and has completely transformed it.

Car is about 95% done with just little bits and bobs to finish up.

Had a few snags along the way.
- Ikeya Formula plenum is too big so we had to remove brake booster. Want to see how it drives under proper conditions before fitting remote booster.
- Apexi Power FC absolutely shit itself due to dodging wiring from previous cunt. Fitted a new Haltech Platinum Pro to it.

Anyways it's coming along nicely and i couldn't be happier. It's running and i took it for a little drive. Sounds completely different thanks to the quad throttles now :)

Should be tuned within a couple of weeks and i'll be taking it out and about to some car meets and hopefully a track day by end of the year.
I'm not looking for mass power. I think the TD06 will max around 300kw so i'll be happy with more drive ability and better torque/throttle response.

Engine bay pic.

Since this forum is sort of up and going again i'll trickle updates here and there.

Thanks for reading guys! :D :D

So i finally got the car back!! :)

Unfortunately i couldn't take it for a good enough drive though as i had other things i had to do this weekend.
Car made 260kw on 18psi. So a bit of a power increase from last time with the same amount of boost.
The tune is much healthier with the cam's and gears adjusted accordingly.
There is a lot less timing thrown into it which pleases my paranoia, the injectors aren't even close to the limit which also makes me happy.

The boost come on a lot better and slightly earlier. The old TD06 still has the punch it used to :)
The mid range is way way better thanks to the ikeya plenum and it doesn't really sound like a SR engine anymore which is a bit weird.

Overall not a big increase in power, but with better reliability and the increase in torque/mid range punch i couldn't be happier.

Felt good to be behind the wheel again :)

Hi Everyone,

I know not many people are on this site anymore. But fuck it! I'll update it anyway.

No big update unfortunately. Sorry lol.
Only real update is that i finally had the Koguchi Power hood i purchased years ago installed.

Think this will be the first and last piece of fibreglass i put on the car.
For a well branded hood the fit and finish was not as good as i thought. But after the headaches it's finally on and i think it looks awesome.

Also had the following installed just to help.
Custom airbox made up due to bonnet vents to stop water hitting the pod.
Optima yellow top battery installed because i'm not driving the car too often.
Custom catch can made and relocated.

I'm loving this car at the moment.
Drives like a dream. It's great on boost/brakes/corners.

Quite the handsome beast!

I regret not buying a better shell to start with, back when I had infinite money. Kouki 180 is such a pleasant shape to behold

Hey Everyone,

Not much of an update really.
I sold the Enkei RS05RR wheels. I really loved them but they sort of weren't suited for the car and didn't go with the 90's theme I've tried to keep.

So i pulled the pin and purchased a brand new set of RAYS TE37 in bronze.
I had these specially ordered because these are discontinued sizes so i had to wait quite a while.

Sizes are
F: 17x9 +15
R: 18x9.5 +12

Purchased some Bridgestone Potenza RE003 after all the biased reviews i read LOL... jk
I actually had a real good experience with RE-01 at one point so i decided to piss federals off and get quality.

Also some new MCA Suspension wheel nuts.

Just want to sort alignment out and bring the rear camber in a bit and give the front a bit more camber.

Thanks for stopping by ;)
